Identifying the New Borneo 1947 Crown Colony Overprint Set issues is very simple. There is only one listed color shade, all of the stamps have the same watermark, and they are all overprinted with two bars covering "The State of" and "British Protectorate" in the original design that goes back to 1939. The set was created to reflect North Borneo's change in status from a Protectorate to a Crown Colony.

Unlike modern stamps which are issued in the millions, definitive sets from this time period were issued very conservatively. I do not have the print quantities for these issues. Please feel free to supply the quantities if you have them.
